Planning & Landscape Architecture

Working with Westberg+White Architects, ADL developed an overall Site Master Plan and prepared Construction Documents for this 3.4 acre Charter Pre-School in Imperial Beach. The entire site was cleared of old structures and vegetation to make way for a total site transformation, including new modular classrooms and support structures, new comprehensive site circulation, gathering areas, play areas, outdoor learning areas and landscaping throughout. Special attention was given to age specific play features and a Nature Trail area that provides opportunity to expose young children to plant and environmental concerns.
