Paseo Santa Fe Master Plan

Location: Vista, California

Client: City of Vista

ADL Planning Associates was selected by the City of Vista to Master Plan and prepare imagery for the blighted, 55 acre Paseo Santa Fe Redevelopment District. ADL was challenged by the City’s Redevelopment Director to design an urban core area that would be unique to the region and be a showcase for North County. After exploring various options, ADL offered the concept of a linear urban “Paseo” centered down the middle of a realigned section of South Santa Fe. ADL additionally created a detailed 3-D model and Walk-through video to further exhibit to proposed ideas. This assignment and the imagery ADL created, helped to establish a preliminary vision for the redevelopment of what has become known as the Paseo Santa Fe Corridor.
