Douglas Crossing @ Arrowood
ADL Planning Associates was selected by the master developer, Richland Communities to prepare landscape design and construction documents for the infrastructure of the first developments of the Arrowood master planned community in north eastern Oceanside. ADL continued to provide landscape design services to the builder, Centex Homes, for the 116 lot Village “A” and the 65 lot Village “B”, which were marketed as “Douglas Crossing”, along with the adjacent 11 acre Luiseno Community Park along with roadway widening for Vandergrift Boulevard which serves as the primary circulation road for the Arrowood community.
