Cantarini Ranch is a 157 acre, 105 lot master planned community located in the eastern hills of Carlsbad. ADL Planning Associates has been responsible for the planning and landscape documents through the local entitlement process and is currently preparing construction documents along with Department of Real Estate, (DRE), exhibits for this large-lot, upper-end residential development.

The proposed landscape theme aims to capture the historic nature of the early ranch and it’s Italian heritage. As such, the landscape character offers an “Old California” theme combined with Tuscan elements, thus creating an atmosphere that is both rural and elegant.
