Valencia is a 170 unit multi-family development within the Carillo Ranch Master Planned Community in eastern Carlsbad. ADL Planning Associates was responsible for design of the central recreation area with pool, group eating areas, a children’s tot-lot, all common landscape areas along with the sales area and project model complex.
