Rancho Coronado South
This 280-acre community within the “Heart-of-the-City” Specific Plan of San Marcos. ADL provided conceptual master planning for Beazer West / South Coast Materials which required a plan that could accomodate current land mining operations and preserve future build-out opportunities. The planning effort included computer terrain modeling for analysis of visual impacts and general landform modification. This mixed-use plan encompasses seven residential villages, a four-acre commercial site, a thirty-acre community park and a ten-acre school site. Property ownership has since been transferred to Colliers International and under their management.
